Project Description

Senior Home Care

Living with Dignity & Independence

Our comprehensive services are designed to stay in-line with our client’s progress and needs. For instance, if you or someone you love is recovering from surgery, 24-hour care may be needed. Later, skilled nursing care may only be required overnight, and, later still, the client may need only daytime assistance from a nursing assistant, homemaker, or sitter.  At Georgia NurseCare, our services meet the level of care that each client requires.

Our Senior Home Care services are structured to give patients or clients the assistance they need to live a more independent life.

Senior Home Care Services Provided:

Payment:

All of our care is available to be paid for on a private pay basis, but, in some cases, our Senior Care Services may be covered by Medicaid or other insurance providers.   Georgia NurseCare will assist in verifying your coverage to determine what Medicaid or your insurance provider will pay.  We will arrange pre-certification of charges and file all necessary insurance forms on your behalf.

Georgia NurseCare is also proud to be an approved provider for Georgia’s New Options Waiver (NOW) and Comprehensive Supports (COMP) waiver programs which were designed to offer home and community-based services for people with a developmental or intellectual disability. People who are considering institutional care for individuals with intellectual disabilities (ICF/ID) or other related conditions may be eligible for home and community-based services as an alternative through the programs. In order to qualify for NOW/COMP, the individual must first meet the criteria for Medicaid payment in an institution and certain other criteria.  If they qualify, the individual is then offered the choice between community-based services or institutional care.

Please call us to learn more about our Senior Home Care Services and NOW/COMP.  We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
